Hard to find additional details on this piece. It's certainly been re-manufactured and seems to be in excellent shape / ready to be used.
There are two notes that came with it.
The first only stated "Swivel clamp assembly" with 2 part numbers J3PM11404 and B01053543.

Most of the assemblies components have no identifying marks that I could see. Although I didn't disassemble it.

The 7 blocks on top are 100x70mm. The extruding cylinders have a outside diameter of 25mm.
Construction is mainly high grade stainless steel.
