We did not receive enough of the system to do a test. The paper roll holder doesn't seem to fit the cradle, we are not sure why. It is included.

We do believe the core system (the printer itself) is fine and stand behind that with a 30-day warranty. As long as it's understood the cradle / paper roll holder are not included in this. We tried to take pictures of this part from multiple areas.
