Some components are in more rough shape than others. We haven't tested it and it hasn't been charged in years. Unsure if the batteries can be restored or not. It was fully functional before it was sold. This was 5 years ago though. We were going to use it, just never got around to finishing the refurb of it. Lots of good parts.
